GROUNDING

Kindred Folk is kindness; to self,
to others, to mother earth.
Showing our children, the way.

We acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi/
Kabi Kabi people whose land
we play, discover and learn.

What does a Kindred Folk
series/session include?

Come and join us in our hidden forest, based on Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi land in Landsborough, Sunshine Coast. Here you will have an opportunity to disconnect from busy life and engage in holistic nature based sensory play and mindful creative experiences with your minis. You can enjoy exploring the various landscapes including a stream which runs through the property, bush spaces to roam, mossy rocks and log obstacles to allow for risky and unstructured play. Together we can build a community of kindred folk; a space of connection, creation and grounding.

∽ Simone H

I absolutely love taking my daughter to Kindred Folk on Thursdays - it's the highlight of our week! Bec is an incredible host. She is so passionate about early childhood education and, more specifically, the essential role nature plays in a child's development and wellbeing. She is so creative and always has exciting activities planned for each session for your little one. The sessions are situated at Bec's stunning home in the hinterland with it's own private creek running through the property and chickens that run free at the end! Just make sure you bring some spare clothes and a towel for your little ones as they will get their hands (and feet and bodies) dirty as they explore, splash, climb, crawl and run wild. I highly recommend it!
